Brief introduction of electric hammer of electric tools and precautions for use

The electric hammer is one of the indispensable power in the decoration and construction industry. The electric hammer works by rotation and hammering. The single hammering force is very high and has a hammering frequency of 1000 to 3000 per minute, which can produce significant hammering force. Compared with impact drills, electric hammers require minimal pressure to drill holes in hard materials such as concrete and bricks.

Today, we will not introduce the working principle of the electric hammer in detail. Let's find an electric hammer to actually understand the use and precautions of the electric hammer.

The electric hammer usage fee drill bit is round handle groove. The physical picture is shown in the figure below. There are 14mm, 12mm, 10mm, 9mm, 8mm and 6mm in the figure. These drill bits are commonly used in production. One of the largest is the square handle groove. This hammer cannot be used.

Electric hammer is a consumable electric tool. Mastering the correct use method of electric hammer can improve the service life of electric hammer and prolong the service time of electric hammer.

1. Before using the electric hammer, carefully observe the identification nameplate of the electric hammer to see if the voltage is consistent and ensure that the electric hammer has no fault.

2. When the electric hammer is working, it is forbidden to rotate the function handle to change the rotation speed, forward and reverse rotation.

3. Protective equipment such as protective cover shall be used when using electric hammer.

4. The electric hammer is a tool for intermittent operation and cannot be operated continuously for a long time to avoid damaging the tool.

5. When the electric hammer is drilled, the power button should not be released immediately. Instead, the power button should be released after the drill bit is pulled out of the hole while the drill bit is still rotating. Otherwise, the drill bit may be stuck in the hole and cannot be pulled out. In case the drill bit is stuck in the hole, it is strictly prohibited to press the power switch again to start the electric hammer. Otherwise, serious injury may be caused, such as damage to the electric hammer, or even more serious injury to the user. At this time, the drill must be separated from the electric hammer, and then the drill can be taken out by other methods.

6. Attention should also be paid to the use environment and temperature of the electric hammer. For example, in the cold climate area, the electric hammer should be idled for two minutes before use. During the drilling process, do not block the heat dissipation vent of the electric hammer.

Be careful when using the electric hammer to prevent injury. Causing unnecessary damage.
